Letters from Margate (3 Month Subscription)

In January I’m moving to Margate for Tracey Emin’s Victoria House residency. I’ll be there for three months, living in a gorgeous house and working from a studio right by the sea.

When I was little, I had a pen pal, and I’ve been thinking a lot about that lately. I love the idea of keeping that alive, especially while I’m away from home, and especially in a world that feels so fast-paced and technological.

If you purchase the Letters from Margate subscription, you’ll receive a special pen pal letter from me at the end of each month I’m in Margate (January, February, and March). Each envelope will include a letter but the rest of its contents will be different. You might receive drawings, paintings on paper, postcards, stickers. If you like, you’re very welcome to write back to me in Margate too.

The deadline to become a Letters from Margate subscriber is 31st December 2025. When purchasing, please make sure to include the full address where you’d like the envelopes to be sent.
